  1. Dear Tiffany,
You picked some great job opportunities in the early childhood field. Working with children is our passion and it is our goal to provide a great start for children of all abilities. I work closely with children of special needs and am always advocating for children of varying abilities to have a good healthy start in life. The problem I want to address is the lack of training and professional development in the area of using developmental knowledge to create healthy, respectful, supportive, and challenging learning environments. I feel that my challenge supports our interest in providing quality education to all children. Thank you for sharing these with us.

  2. Hi Tiffany,
Your first choice of a job opportunity was obviously driven by your passion for working with children with special needs. This is the first time that I am reading about a teacher for emotionally impaired children. Yet there are so many children with issues of this nature and it is important that there are teachers who are trained to handle these situations. Thanks for sharing this.
